smoother than dirt

hi all
squid here

well i went for a road ride on the new "old" road bike
it was nice, the first ride with with my up stairs neighbor
which is nice, to finally go with some one
riding alone gets, well old.......
sigh, i miss grunt

but anyways, i found a nice loop that takes about an hour,
one major climb, that kills the legs, but gets me in that mode where i can ride for a long time
i think i will do it again and then ride to NH, which is only 5 mile more
but that ride with the neighbor was nice
i was in kinda of a mood,
a low mood and riding with someone is nice
cuz you dont talk you just go
and when you get home, you are tired
you legs feel like jello and you want to just lay or sit
on my ride, with a partner he, she pushes you
you climb that hill and get out of the saddle and push to get to the top
when we finally stopped this is what went down

squid, im going to go get a sub, i will be right back
neighbor, ok im going to wait out here and watch the bikes
squid, naw come on in, we can see them from here
neighbor, naw im good

i went inside and got my sub

squid, ok we can go
neighbor, i almost blew chunks out here
squid, really, you ok did i push you to hard?
neighbor, you got me after supper
squid, what you have
neighbor, fish
squid, aaahhh that would do it
nieghbor, im going to go home
squid, i will be there in a sec, you sure you ok
neighbor, yeah i think it passed
squid, ok

so i went inside and picked up my sub and rode home

from his window
neighbor, hay when i came in and smelled the fish, i almost puked in the door way
squid, ahhh im sorry, i didnt mean to push you that hard
neighbor, its ok
squid, well im going to go in a rest, you do the same
neighbor, yep later
squid, yeah see ya later

i guess i pushed him really hard, but hay i needed the ride, to today i went by my self
and i pushed my self to my limits, well not really but i did push
