Puddle jumping

so there is a "art" about accomplishing a dive sight

what i am talking about is.....
to go diving you first need to find a place to go
then you decide to go
then you pack up
then go
and get there and find you got to scale a 50 foot rock wall with all your dive equipment on
or walk over a mile to get to the water
then walk over a mile to get to water you can swim in
and then you find out that this new sight sucks

then the "art" Part comes in

a sucessfull diver knows that when diving, if the oppertunity come around to go to a better sight, you better be able to pack up quick and run with the money

grunt and i are exilent puddle jumpers
we do well with it in mountain biking, climbing and as well in camping
but diving is more of an art!!

so we are acostom to using josie
and i am acustom to going diving when ever the water calls
so i know how to pack up my dive gear quick
and josie (my f150 truck) is set up to go sporting all the time
and grunt just knows how to pack well and be perpaired!

so this is the art and how to puddle jump as a diver

1 be ready all the time, this means have your gear packed and ready to go
2 keep it handy, i keep mine close to the door or always in the truck
3 travel light, dont take any food, buy as you go!!!
4 dont care, when tarveling, who cares about trafic, make sure you got good techno music!!!!
5 travel wet, if you get out of the water and decide to go some where else, use the trash bag trick and drive still in your wet suit, if you get warm that is what the ac is for!!
6 keep your gear together, dont dissasemble anything, if you are just going to go back in the water!!, when teaching my gear would be at the pool for months at end all aired up and ready to go!
7 take it slow, if you speed and hit a bump, a tank could go!!!!!!
8 know where a good back up spot is, two bad sights is almsot as bad as just going home!
9 dont worry about time, rushing only ruins someone elses time!
10 remember to rest, eat, and drink on the way

and finally, cuz you are traveling in a wet suit, stop at a gas station, all drippen wet, go inside get a soda and when the attendent asks what you are doing, tell them you just went sky diving! idiots
