so this healing thing is taken a while
but slowly but shurly
im back on my feet and going up and down stairs... slowly

monday im going to see a PT to get a new knee brace
one with hinges so i can walk
god damn i cant wait

Just to be able to walk

man i miss it

Been doing my excersices, and yes they help, but the one thing i was never good at was taken pills, i forget for some odd reason
so for the last day i have been off nabumetone witch is just good at keeping swelling down, witch i dont have much and some of the pain away, withc is almost gone
im going to take one now though till they tell me to stop

im down to one crutch, with gives me even more weird stairs now than before wiht two
went out to lunch with a friend

oh im addiceted to buying mp3's on line from itunes,
well i got a mac, and and i pod, and a rokr phone and two more mp3 players, and um yeah i like music like anyother person
but there is this new program that helps you pick music that they might think you would like
based on what you ahve on your hard drive and what you bought
witch is kinda freeky, big brother deal
but damn does it work
and ive spent like 30 bucks on music alone in the last week
thats a lot of music
right now im pushing 9 gigs of mucis
and 300 cd;s
and november is not to happy with the amount of bass i push in the house haha
